For an existing order
Include your order number, the name used for the purchase and a short description of your enquiry. For delivery questions, include the latest tracking information if you have it.
For damage, leakage or a wrong item
Keep the parcel, shipping label and product packaging where safe. Describe what arrived and provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery where possible; this reporting request does not limit applicable legal rights. Do not use a damaged bottle. Choosing a fragrance or a gift
Tell us which fragrance or set you are considering and what you would like to know about the product listing. If your gift is needed for a particular date, ask before ordering; do not assume a guaranteed arrival date or gift-wrapping service.
