Delivery within the UAE

Delivery covers Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain, subject to courier availability.

Shipping charges

UAE orders below AED 250 have a delivery charge of AED 25. Orders of AED 250 or more qualify for free delivery.

Estimated delivery times

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1–2 business days. Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days. Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: 1–4 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and are subject to courier availability. If a gift is needed by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Address and tracking

Check your delivery address, building details and contact number before ordering. Review any tracking information provided with your dispatch confirmation. For tracking questions, delays or a parcel marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number and available tracking information.

Changes and cancellation

To request a change or cancellation, email luxurynotes5@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. A request is not confirmation that the order has been changed or cancelled; wait for a response. No guaranteed cancellation cutoff is stated.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items

Contact luxurynotes5@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item, within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Keep packaging where safe and do not use a damaged bottle.
