Delivery within the UAE

Delivery covers Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain, subject to courier availability.

Shipping charges

UAE orders below AED 250 have a delivery charge of AED 25. Orders of AED 250 or more qualify for free delivery.

Estimated delivery times

Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1–2 business days. Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days. Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain: 1–4 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and are subject to courier availability. If a gift is needed by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Address and tracking

Check your delivery address, building details and contact number before ordering. Review any tracking information provided with your dispatch confirmation. For tracking questions, delays or a parcel marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number and available tracking information.

Changes and cancellation

To request a change or cancellation, email luxurynotes5@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. A request is not confirmation that the order has been changed or cancelled; wait for a response. No guaranteed cancellation cutoff is stated.

Damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items

Contact luxurynotes5@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item, within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Keep packaging where safe and do not use a damaged bottle. These concerns are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. The reporting request does not limit applicable legal rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Sealed perfume returns

For a change-of-mind return, request the return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Perfume must remain sealed, unopened and unused. Keep the original packaging and included accessories. Opening or testing a perfume makes it ineligible for a change-of-mind return; this does not exclude valid claims about damage, defects or an incorrect item.

Requesting a return

Email luxurynotes5@gmail.com with your order number, product name, reason for return and item condition. Contact us before sending a parcel back and wait for return instructions and the confirmed return destination. Do not send perfume to an unconfirmed address.

Damage, leakage, defects or wrong items

Report the concern to luxurynotes5@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, label, packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery where possible. Retain the item and packaging where safe. Do not use a damaged bottle or return leaking perfume without safe instructions. These requests are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; the sealed-return rule and reporting request do not override applicable legal rights.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Luxury Notes covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us for instructions before arranging a return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and the refund approved. This processing period begins after inspection and approval, not when the request is first submitted. Payment-provider posting can be separate from store processing. Contact support for confirmation of the method applicable to your order; no bank-transfer procedure or COD refund method is promised here.

Exchanges and gifts

For an exchange or gift return, contact luxurynotes5@gmail.com with the order reference before sending anything back. A request does not reserve replacement stock. Keep a gift sealed, unopened and unused if requesting a change-of-mind return within the 7-calendar-day window. Support must confirm arrangements and any refund recipient.

Cancellation

Email luxurynotes5@gmail.com promptly with your order number to request cancellation. Wait for confirmation; no automatic cancellation, guaranteed dispatch cutoff or separate cancellation-refund workflow is promised.
