Sealed perfume returns

For a change-of-mind return, request the return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Perfume must remain sealed, unopened and unused. Keep the original packaging and included accessories. Opening or testing a perfume makes it ineligible for a change-of-mind return; this does not exclude valid claims about damage, defects or an incorrect item.

Requesting a return

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and the refund approved.
