Sealed perfume returns

For a change-of-mind return, request the return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Perfume must remain sealed, unopened and unused. Keep the original packaging and included accessories. Opening or testing a perfume makes it ineligible for a change-of-mind return; this does not exclude valid claims about damage, defects or an incorrect item.

Requesting a return

Email luxurynotes5@gmail.com with your order number, product name, reason for return and item condition. Contact us before sending a parcel back and wait for return instructions and the confirmed return destination. Do not send perfume to an unconfirmed address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and the refund approved. This processing period begins after inspection and approval, not when the request is first submitted. Payment-provider posting can be separate from store processing.
